Abstract
Spokesmen from industry, government, and engineering organizations attempted to resolve the current state-of-the-art for waste clay disposal and what stance governmental and regulatory agencies should take in their permitting requirements. The workshop and proceedings indicated that all parties recognize that the waste clay disposal situation is a complex site-specific problem.
